About
My practice is dedicated to supporting those who are seeking to reclaim their sense of purpose and live in greater harmony with themselves and the world around them, integrating a deep understanding of the complexities of the human experience with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach.
As a holder of sacred space, Carrie brings a genuine warmth and presence and has a talent for cultivating a space which supports individuals to feel seen, heard, and held. Carrie relies on intuition and empathic understanding to support clients in engaging their inner healing intelligence, holding space and tolerance for the discomfort and ambiguity that often arise as clients experience self-discovery and healing through work with expanded states of awareness.
Carrie’s background includes undergraduate degrees in Fine Arts and Nursing and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Additional trainings include VITAL Psychedelic Practitioner, Innertrek Psychedelic Facilitator, Journey Clinical KAP Provider, Psychedelic Studies Intensive with Zach Leary, EMDR Practitioner, Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC-approved) and numerous GTT Holotropic Breathwork modules.
