If you’re tired of traditional health care with incomplete treatment and too little time with providers, Defy Medical is here to help.
**Additional Information:
Is Ketamine therapy covered by insurance?
Because this is an emerging off-label treatment, Ketamine IV therapy is typically not covered by most insurance.
Ketamine has received FDA approval as a safe and effective anesthetic, but using the medication to treat mental illness and other conditions is considered an off-label use. Most health insurance companies do not recognize or reimburse this type of treatment.
Defy Medical strives to provide both quality concierge medical care along with affordable access to compounded medications, blood tests, and nutritional supplements. In order to accomplish this, we do not accept any form of insurance. Many of the formulations we use in our therapies are not covered by insurance, although the cost of overall treatment is often less than when using insurance. We are able to provide documentation (for a small administrative fee) which patients can submit to their insurer for potential coverage.
Ketamine Therapy does not guarantee results, and each patient may respond differently to the treatment. Consult with a Defy Medical provider to find out if this therapy is right for you.
