General FAQs
What kind of insurance do you accept?
We are only in network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO. If you have any other insurance, you will be charged directly based on our regular rates. We can provide you with a receipt or superbill that you can submit to your insurance company, but we do not file claims for any other insurance companies. Please note that we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid insurance.”
Do you offer remote visits?
We currently offer remote visits for most patient visits, including new patient appointments. This is a part of our response to COVID-19.
Does treatment always involve medications?
No, we do not always prescribe medication. After an initial evaluation, our providers will recommend the treatment or treatments they believe are most appropriate for your specific situation. This may or may not involve medication.
Do you provide disability evaluations?
No, our practice is focused on clinical treatment rather than disability evaluations. Some providers may recommend disability after the patient has been evaluated and treated over a period of time, typically several months or longer. We do not see clients who only seek completion of their disability paperwork.
